  • 2 bunchpumpkin leaves
  • 2 bunchspinach
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • C/oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and shred spinach and pumkin leaves

  2. 2

    Fry onion till golden brown

  3. 3

    Slice tomatoes and add in the onion

  4. 4

    Add salt

  5. 5

    Cover on low heat and let tomatoes cook for 5mins

  6. 6

    Add the spinach n pumpkin leaves in bits as you stir

  7. 7

    Enjoy with some ugali
