Take wheat flour in a big bowl add water mix it well it should be thick consistency

Then add finely chopped all above mentioned veggies in the batter now add curd and salt and food colour in the batter mix it well. let the batter rest for 15 mins.

Heat a nonstick pan grease it well spread the batter and make it like dosa or chilla with help of oil apply both the sides cook the roll from both the sides.

Wheat roll is ready to serve.
