Wash and cut the pumpkin. Cut into cubes

Now add oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,pinch of asafoetida and mustard seeds

Now add pumpkin and other spices (masalas) cover it and cook it until it get soft

At last add dry mango powder and sugar to make it tangy and sweet

Serve it with hot Pooris and raita (Raita image given) and offcourse with love too ♥️
