I live in a lakeside town but I rarely eat fish, simply because I don't like cooking it. This day I decided to try..I had it deep fried first by the vendor

Prepare all ingredients.

In a pan, heat the oil an sauté the onions.

Add the tomatoes, hoho and ginger (I grated mine). Stir until well done.

Add in the fish and salt to taste. Let it simmer for a while. Turn it and let it simmer for a while longer. Add a ½ cup of water if need be just so it doesn't burn.

Once done, sprinkle with the dhania and serve hot, with ugali and greens
