Cut the chicken to bite pieces

Mix the chicken with serbuk kunyit and salt.

Cut 1 potato into 4 to 6 pieces.

Blend the yellow onion, shallots, garlic, ginger, serai, and kunyit hidup.

Tumis the blended ingredients.

Add kayu manis, bunga lawang, and buah pelaga into the tumis ingredient.

Wait until the pot naik bau then you can put in the chicken.

Wait for the chicken to be half cooked then add 2 tablespoons of serbuk kunyit (to your desirable taste)

Put in the potatoes, then fill the pot with one cup of water and add one packet of kara.

Finally add the cooking cream into the pot and salt.

Leave it to boil until the potato is soft. You can keep stirrinf if you want but leaving it to boil is just as fine.

Once it is boiled enough, the food is ready to be served!
