Ingredients

2400 gfirm tofu
soy milk
1 tspturmeric
1 tspkala manak
1 tsponion powder
900 gpeeled potatoes
1white onion, sliced and fried

Preheat the oven to 180C

Blend the tofu with the milk and spices to a smooth batter.

Slice the potatoes and bake with the onion. Pour in the tofu batter. Pop in de grill for 15 minutes. Let rest 20 minutes, turn upside down, and bake for another 30 minutes.
