2 servings
  • 4 tbspEdible Gum powder
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 2 tbspGrated Dry Coconut
  • 6-7 tbspJaggery
  • 2 tspDry Ginger powder
  • 2 tspGanthoda powder
  • 3 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take ghee and add edible gum powder. Fry it for a while.

  2. 2

    When gum puffed it add water to it.

  3. 3

    One boil comes add jaggery, dry ginger powder and ganthoda powder.

  4. 4

    Boil for 10 mins on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Spread grated dry coconut before serving. Serve hot.
