Steps

Take a non stick pan heat oil and once the oil is hot add jeera and cook for 1/2 min.

Then add diced onion and cook until onions are translucent.add fresh puree to onion and cook for 2 mint.

Nw add all spices like red chilli coriander powder turmeric powder salt.add curd.

Add water to gary and close tge lid of pan and cook 3 mint.now add boiled corn to the sabji and mix well.

Add garam masala powder to tge sabji.add kasuri methi to the sabji which gives the nice flavor.

Delicious corn masala sabzi is ready to eat wiyh roti.
