Steps

Do the thin slice of garlic. Spread on aluminium foil. Keep it in sun light for 5-8 days. Or till it turns completely crispy.

Dry roast sesame seeds.

Take a grinder jar, cush the garlic 1st. for 4-6sec. Then add sesame and crush again.

Add chilli powder, salt and cumin and coriander powder. Crush it again just to mix them all.

Store in air tight container for long time. Enjoy this with idli, dhosa,paratha, making of flavourfull paratha, sandwich, and lots of food.
