Steps

Add oil to pot after pressing the Saute' button, heat oil up until you hear sizzling than add the chops. Brown them on one side for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Flip the chops to begin browning on the other side but add the Onions and continue to brown for 3 to 5 minutes. After browning remove the chops from the pot and set aside.

Add rice to the pot and stir into the juices left behind by the chops. Add the chops back into the pot along with the water, salt and pepper. (It does help to deglaze the pot before continuing to cook the chops)

Cook 5 to 6 minutes under pressure. (Use the rice feature to set the time for 6 minutes)

After cooking is done release the pressure naturally. Once all the pressure is gone, remove lid, serve.
