In a bowl,put butter, oil, yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs

Add warm water,for the butter to melt and sift flour

Use wooden spoon or hand to mix the dough

Cover with kitchen towel or any transparent leather and allow to proof for 30min or 1hour

Sprinkle flour on chopping board, and start rolling

Use doughnut cutter and cut
- 7
Cover and allow to proof for 5-10mins.

Heat oil and deep fry
