First of all, make a smooth paste of roasted peanuts and green chillies. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add the peanut chilli paste. Fry it for 2-3 minutes then add chopped onions & salt and fry again.

After couple of seconds, add all masala powder gradually then fry well. Now add water, cover it and let it simmer for 20 mints. Uncover it after 20 mints and mix again.

Now add paneer cubes, mix with masala, and add water as per your desired gravy consistency. Then cover it and cook for another 10 mints. Uncover it, add lemon juice and mix well. Run off the flame. Paneer peanut masala is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with Roti, Naan or Paratha.
