Steps

Wash, cut and boil (in little water) the chicken pieces with msherekha (local ingredient) to soft under medium heat.

Let the water dry off and keep turning the pieces to golden brown.

Cut onions on top and let them cook as you stir the chicken frequently (I didn't use any oil because the chicken had just enough fats to cook), once the onions are cooked, add in cut tomatoes and capsicum

Stir to let the tomatoes cook into a fine sauce then add royco, black pepper, salt and one cup of water.

Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes and then stir to incorporate all the ingredients into the chicken then remove from heat and serve hot with your favourite dish.
