Sieve 3 tins of flour in a bowl add little oil, salt and mix until it forms a soft dough

In another pan heat oil and add the grated scotch bonnet add the grated onions and fry add green pepper

Add grated carrots, add the cabbage and mix well add seasoning

Add the mince meat mix well and allow it to cool, take the wraps add the mixture

Fold into shapes fry in hot oil and serve
