Rubber Ball Jellies
So I finally found ball-shaped molds. I wanted to make dragonball-like jellies, but I thought of making a rubber ball-like jellies instead. You can use chopped fruits and the like as well.
Steps
- 1
Mix water, sugar, salt, stir. Using low heat, continue to stir and add the thick lump of gelatin. Patience, patience, it will melt nicely in the end. :D Add vanilla extract and stir.
- 2
Put some of the small round jellies or chopped fruits inside the mold. Use a funnel to pour the liquid gelatin inside. When the molds are cool enough, put them in the fridge for about an hour or two.
- 3
Remove mold carefully, and enjoy! This recipe yields about 12 balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
