Put oil in the pan and heat

Put onions and chopped bacon in the pan at med-low

Meanwhile cook pasta al dente with half the wine

Add heavy cream to the pan of bacon and onions
- 5
Add remaining wine to sauce with 2 pinches of salt & stir till light purple
- 6
Drain pasta then add pasta to sauce pan
- 7
Stir and serve. * Top with a little Parmesan
