Ingredients

  • 1 cuppeas boiled
  • 200 grmbaby Potatoes boiled
  • 1 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf mm add Potatoes and saute well

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and fry

  3. 3

    Now add ginger paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add cumin-coriander powder and tomatoes and keep stirring

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well
