Add vinegar to the half cup of milk. Stir and leave to stand for 10minutes.

In a mixing bowl, measure flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Stir and set aside.

In a bowl break egg, stir. Pour in buttermilk and melted butter or coconut oil. Mix together.

Pour wet ingredients into dry. Mix until incorporated.

Set pan on medium heat. When pan is hot, pour in batter in circles about 3 inches wide.

When bubbles appear on top of the circle, flip.

Pancakes are ready.
