Ingredients

  • 1/4 cuppowdered milk
  • 4bananas(peeled and cut)
  • 1/2 cupdates pitted
  • cubesIced
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl,add d milk powder,water,and dates

  2. 2

    Put into a fridge to suck and soften for 30minz

  3. 3

    In a blender,add in d bananas and freeze dates including d milk mixture and blend until smooth

  4. 4

    Add in little ice cubes and blend again

  5. 5

    Done.....pour into glasses and enjoy
