Steps

Chop the vegetables into small pieces.

Boil the chopped vegetables for 10 mins in a container.

Drain the water from boiled vegetable container.

Make a batter of suji and rice flour mix salt in small amount as per taste.

Add the boiled vegetable with the batter and stir it.

Heat the tawa and add refined oil or butter. Spread the oil on the tawa.

Pour the batter on the tawa and spread it to get a medium size roti shape.

Cook both side at low flame till it is cooked well.

Your healthy veg rice flour pitha is ready to served with hot tomato soup
