  1. 6Zucchinis
  2. 6eggs
  3. Halfyellow & red Peppers
  4. 1 cup of Mushrooms
  5. Half a cup Cherry tomatoes
  6. 1 tablespoon of Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel zucchini & place in muffin pan

    Chop mushrooms & place on top of Zucchinis

    Chop tomatoes & add them in the muffin pan

    Chop peppers & add

    Beat 6 eggs & pour salt & pepper then pour then on top of mixture

    Bake in oven for 15 minutes or till eggs are cooked

Glad you love it... always great to have it as a mid morning snack.. you can add bacon, cold meat & spinach too
