Ingredients

1 cupStrawberries
1 cupMilk
1 tbspButter
1/2 cup- Jaggery
1 cup- Wheat Flour
1 tsp- Baking Powder
1 tsp- Strawberry Essence
2-3 drops- Red Food Colour

Steps

In a bowl take butter, milk and jaggery. Mix it well.

Cut the Strawberry and grind it, and make puree.

Now add strawberry puree.

Now add flour, baking powder, and strawberry essence. Mix it well.

Heat a pan, pour the batter, and spread it. Now cover it for 1 min. Cook it at low flame

Flap it and cook it, till golden brown.
Strawberry pan cake is ready.
