My favorite part of the chicken is the thigh because it is moist and flavorful and just plain delicious. This recipe can be made with bone in & skin on or boneless & skinless just adjust roasting time. I also love balsamic vinegar.

Was your recipe posted using boneless or bone-in thighs? Just wondering if I need to adjust time? I plan on making this using bone-in. Thanks!!
