Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gcous cous
  2. 200 mlhot stock (I always add a squeeze of harissa paste!)
  3. Olive oil
  4. 100 gfeta
  5. 50 gpine nuts
  6. Oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cous cous in a bowl. Add hot stock, stir and cover with cling film. Leave for 5 mins

    Fluff up with a fork, add a good drizzle of olive oil, mix well, add pine nuts. Top with crumbled feta and a sprinkle of oregano :)
