Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gcous cous
  • 200 mlhot stock (I always add a squeeze of harissa paste!)
  • Olive oil
  • 100 gfeta
  • 50 gpine nuts
  • Oregano

Steps

    Put cous cous in a bowl. Add hot stock, stir and cover with cling film. Leave for 5 mins

    Fluff up with a fork, add a good drizzle of olive oil, mix well, add pine nuts. Top with crumbled feta and a sprinkle of oregano :)
