I am a home chef very passionate about cooking.. My son was hungry and i had nothing cooked at home... I checked out my fridge and some spinach corn and frozen sausages and salami... Thought of making a rice... A complete meal...

Ingredients

1 bunchSpinach
1 table spoonGarlic crushed
1 table spoonMexican mixed herbs
1 bowlcooked rice
100 gmBoiled sweet corn
50 gmSausages cut
1 table spoonButter
1 tablespoonOlive oil
to tasteSalt
1 teaspoonChilli flakes
Spring onion for garnishing

Steps

Boil rice by adding salt and little vegetable oil And keep it seperately... You can use your leftover rice too

Cut sausages in cubes, wash and cut spinach and boil the corn and keep everything aside

Now add butter and olive oil in the pan

Add crushed garlic sautee, now add the cut sauges and stirfry for 2 min. Add the boiled corn and stirfry for 2 min. Now add the cut spinach miced herbs and salt stir fry for 1 min

Now add the rice and mix well

Add chilli flakes and adjust the salt

Finally garnish with spring onion greens
