Ingredients

  • 250 gmboiled shalgam
  • 3tomato
  • 4chopped onions
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tastesalt
  • 4 tspcoriander
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil heat cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Add onions and tomatoes and cook for 5 -10 min.

  3. 3

    Add all spices and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for 3-4 min.

  5. 5

    Add boiled mashed shalgam and sugar in it and saute for 5 min.

  6. 6

    Now serve it hot veg.
