Fruit soup
Inspired by my lil son
Steps
- 1
Clean your fruit and mint leaf.
- 2
Peel the banana and mash it a bit in a clean bowl.
- 3
Cut the passion in ½ then scoop out the pulp over the mashed banana.
- 4
Finely chop the fresh herb and put a bit into the fruit. (Go easy with the herbs when preparing for infants)
- 5
Add in the sugar and give it a good mix. Ready to eat but I warm it a bit for my lil one.
- 6
You could use more fruit for the fruit soup. I limit mine cos of the lil tummy I feed.
