Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. as neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour,besan,salt and oil and baking powder together and knead a stiff dough,keep aside for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Now heat bati oven,till that make small balls from dough and give a dump in them,bake in bati oven till a brown spot on bati,dip them in ghee and serve with daal.
