In a jar fill water and put salt and mustard powder and gazar and keep in warm place for 2 day

Ater 2 days take out gazar

Now heat oil add methi and fennel seeds and saute it,place gazar and salt and red chilli mix and cook for only 2 minutes,it is ready to serve

Note.it has some sour smell after 2 days,it does not mean that it has spoiled.
