Ingredients

  • For gram flour batter:
  • 1 cupbesan
  • SomeChopped coriander and green chillies
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2 tspschezwan chutney
  • As requiredMixed herbs
  • As neededWater to form a smooth batter
  • For Pakoda:
  • Someparatha cut to mini triangles
  • For shallow/deep fryOil
  • SomeChopped coriander and chat masala for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a smooth batter from all the ingredients of batter

    Dip the paratha triangles in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Serve hot or pack in lunch boxes with sprinkle of chopped coriander and chat masala
