1tspn black pepper
1tspn paprika
1tspn garam masala

In a bowl marinade the chicken with red wine, cooking oil,salt, black pepper, paprika and garam masala

Refrigerate it (over night for perfect marinading and seasoning)

Shallow fry it evenly till its finely browned

Serve it hot, squeeze your lemon on top and enjoy
