Wash the moong dal.Take a cooker,add 4 bowl water and washed moong dal with salt and turmeric powder.covered with a lid and cooked for 5,6 whistles.

When it cool. Take a pan,add desi ghee,sprinkle the cumin seeds.add ginger garlic paste,after 1 min. now add onion and tomato.mix it well.add red chilli powder,coriander powder.

Mix it well and add boiled moong dal.after 2 mins garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis.
