Steps

Take a wok add 1 tsp oil then add gobhi florets saute fir 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic saite then add onion saute till golden brown colour then add all dry spices,tomato puree and ginger mix and saute.

Then add gobhi florets mix and cook until soft add kasuri methi and coriander.

Then serve with chapati.
