    Cut the goat meat into bits remove the brain tie in a leather so it don't scatter when cooking. Season the goat head and put to boil until well cooked

    Desolve the potash in water

    Melt the palm oil on fire a little

    Add little potash water into a blow, add palm oil, mix them together until well mixed

    Add the goat brain, oil bean, sliced onions, little seasoning

    Add the goat head and mix together

  7. 7

    Serve with sliced onions and utazi leave
