4 servings

500 gpasta
200 gporcini or other mushrooms
Small onion
Chopped fresh parsley
Spoonfulcream
Spoonfulpasta cooking water
Salt
Olive oil
Parmesan to serve

Steps

Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Chop onion, washed chopped mushrooms, parsley and gently fry in oil. Add spoonful of cream. Stir. Add spoonful of cooking water (this is the secret to make it creamy without actually using too much cream)

Drain pasta 1 min before cooking time. Add to sauce, mix and cook for 1 min. Serve with more parsley and Parmesan :)

Is it possible that the instructions leave out the star of the dish, the mushrooms? Shouldn't there be something like: clean the mushrooms, slice or chop finely fry with the onion and parsley?
