Steps

Soak saffron in milk and keep aside.

In a pan heat approximate 1 cup water. Add chopped onions, garlic cloves, cashew nuts, magastali seeds and green chillies.

Cook for 4-5 minutes. Cool down, grind in mixer grinder and make smooth paste.

In a pan heat ghee. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon pieces, green cardamom and big cardamom. Add cumin seeds.

Add prepared above paste and saute on low flame till ghee seperates.

Add whisked curd and saute for sometimes.

Add saffron milk.

Add salt, black pepper powder, kitchen king masala, kasoori methi and rose water. Mix well. Cover with lid and simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and cook for couple of minutes.

Nawabi paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy with roti or paratha.
