Spaghetti with Gorgonzola cream

The sauce takes about 8 mins so get the pasta cooking in salted water. Chop and gently fry onion. When nearly soft, add Gorgonzola and just a spoonful of cream. Add a spoonful of pasta cooking water

Drain pasta one min before cooking time. Add to sauce. Mix well for a min. Serve with chopped nuts :)
