Plantain stew
Steps

Peel the plantains into fine whole pieces and rest them in cold water

In a pan on medium heat, put the cooking oil to heat

Add the chopped onions, saute them to golden brown
- 4
Then add salt,chopped tomatoes, turmeric and paprika cover and simmer them till they're tender
- 5
Add sugar with warm water to dissolve it faster for soup as well
- 6
Immerse in your previously peeled plantain, cover and simmer till they're tender but firm and finely cooked

Serve with meat, chicken, fish or drink of your choice
