Kuttanadan Chicken Curry

Another Delicious Chicken Curry from Kerala made with coconut milk.
Steps

In a bowl, add chicken with all ingredients mentioned under marination section. Mix well and keep it aside for 1-2 hours

Serve with rice, appam or parotta

Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves

Add onions and cook until light brown

Add chilies and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Saute for 3-4 minutes

Add all spice powders and salt. Mix well. Add tomatoes and cook until mushy

Add chicken and mix well.

Cover and cook until Chicken is done

Add coconut milk and mix well. Simmer and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes
