OK I confess, I didn't make this burger but I know the man that did !!! My local butcher is great. It's made with good quality veal and a good amount of Parmesan. So very tasty!!! :) put it in a bun with pancetta or bacon and salad of your choice :)

  1. Minced veal and Parmesan burgers
  2. Or mix, veal, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper to make your own

    Cook on a grill pan, both sides turning frequently. (Look at the cheese!)
