Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes.grease the baking pan and set it aside

Sift all the dry ingredients twice and put the mixture in a beating bowl.add the eggs,vanilla,butter milk,oil then mix well

Add the boiling water and mix then bake at 170° for 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean

To make frosting,put the cream cheese and butter in a mixer and whisk for a minute.add coco powder and icing sugar and beat until pale and fluffy

Slice the cakes and decorate it
