Ingredients

  • 250 gmssuji
  • 100 gmscurd
  • 1 packetEno
  • As required Water
  • As neededSalt, pepper or spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak suji into curd for half an hour

  2. 2

    Add salt, pepper & seasonings.

  3. 3

    Put steamer on stove

  4. 4

    Adjust consistency with water

  5. 5

    Add eno to suji mixture and put into idli stand

  6. 6

    Steam it for 15 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve hot idlis with chutney etc.
