Ingredients

  1. 500 gmchicken pieces
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tsppoppy seeds paste
  7. 1 tbspmustard seeds paste
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper onions chopped and ginger garlic paste

  2. 2

    Add chicken pieces and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add poppy seeds paste and turmeric paste mix well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and garam masala powder
