Boil the meat with all the seasoning,onions and grated scotch bonnet

Boil till it's soft and the water is absorbed

If the chuncks are big,reduce the size by cutting it then blend(you can also pound in a mortar)

Put a little oil in a sauce pan,stir fry the meat until it turns brown.

If it's too oily then you can drain it using a colander or use a paper towel
