Ingredients

  • Diced Chicken(marinated with garlic&ginger paste)
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cupcarrots
  • Halfcup of peas
  • Chopped onions
  • Tablespoonolive oil
  • Cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add your chicken, season and cook for some min.

  2. 2

    Add olive oil, peas, chopped tomatoes, onions and cook for six mins.

  3. 3

    Add your carrots, correct seasoning. Add spring onions.

  4. 4

    It's can be served with Spaghetti, Potatoes, Rice and anything. Am serving mine with fried Yam.
