Steps

Wash and roughly chop sarson ka saag, palak, bathua and radish.

In a pressure cooker add saag, palak, bathua, radish, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chillies. Add about a cup of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Allow to cool.

In a mixer blend the cooked saag to a paste.

In a pan heat ghee, add mustard seeds and onion cook till light brown, add in the saag, add and red chilli powder, simmer for about 5 minutes.

Top with little ghee and serve with makke ki roti and jaggery.
