Soak bread in a splash of milk. Leave for 10 mins to absorb. Meanwhile, chop ham. Put mince in a bowl, add bread and mix well. Add a good amount of Parmesan, then add ham. Mix well together. Add salt and pepper and mix in an egg. Make sure all ingredients are mixed very well.

Add to a greased roasting tin (or use oven paper). Top with knobs of butter and a few breadcrumbs if you fancy it. Cook at 180 for about 30-40 mins.

Serve with veg of your choice :)
