Make a semi soft dough of all purpose flour,salt and cornflour.leave for 10 minutes.

Make a small size ball and flatten them in a size of puri.pour ghee and dry flour in one flatten ball and do the same for others.

Take three flatten balls and again make a big chapati of it.then cut in square and put in a heat pan in medium flame.

After 1 minute turn the chapati and do the same.now take out the chapati in a plate and remove all chapaties one by one.do the same process for other puri.

In a pan take mustard oil according to your stuffing and add all spices with cabbage,carrot and capsicum and dry them nicely.till good aroma and colour comes.Stuffing is ready now take sheets one by one and fill the stuffing and put in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Whenever you want take out the spring rolls and deep fry them or bake in the microwave.have fun
