Pork is a very easy dish that I prefer especially when I'm craving for some Wetfry.
Steps

Boil the meat and add 1tbsp of Msherekha until its tender and starts frying in its own oil then add onions and fry until it browns.

Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft.

Add diced garlic and stir for a minute.

Add hoho and mix well.

Add Royco cubes and stir then add half a cup of water, cover and simmer until all the water dries up.

Switch off the heat, then put dhania, stir and serve with hot ugali and vegetables.
