  3. Groundnut oil
  4. Grinded pepper
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes and plantain as desired.. Fry in an hot oil

  2. 2

    In a pan.. Heat the oil. Pour the pepper to steam for few minutes, add salt to taste and seasoning. Leave for couple of minutes. Food is ready
